Very nice location for those who is fond of shopping. Becz meena bazaar is very close to hotel. Jain food also available in the breakfast. Hotel provides very nice hospitality

Rooms are not well maintained, damp smell from rooms. Also they refused to commit to offers from mmt when it's clearly showing in booking page in mmt.

Worst experience- 1) unfriendly staff 2) we booked 3 rooms out of which one was triple share based, they provided extra bed at 1:0 am night after multiple requests 3 ) unhygienic room with old carpet all over hotel

The services and rooms were fine but the staff was arrogant and harsh specially the breakfast attendant. Otherwise, it was nice experience. Nearby meena bazaar and indian restaurant - kamat.

The room size was fairly big. Clean to some extent. Much better than the hotels in this area. It was very pricey.

Solo business traveler : excellent location easy to reach quick checking and check out. Efficient practical breakfast spread. Extensive selection on night clubs and bars in the premises. All non disturbing. Overall a pleasant experience as always. I have been using this property since last 5 years.

This is not a forced review. I had traveled to dubai between oct 3 to 11 along with my spouse and son. We booked our hotel from myt. We were very much worried about our hotel where we hear horror stories unlike what we see. On reaching the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the arabian ambience! we were received by mr. Aarif, who made our stay wonderful till the end. We were given a super deluxe large room and an extra bed was provided based on our booking. We opted for all days breakfast only as we would not be in the hotel entire day. Breakfast was indian and continental unlimited and we never got bored. There are many restaurants within the hotel which we never tried due to our busy schedule. There are bars only for tourists. We specifically booked this hotel for meena bazaar shopping which is right opposite. There is also a local travel desk which is looked after by a wonderful gentleman named mr. Ibrahim, who guided us to sight seeing spots and arranged vehicles accordingly. Heart-fully we enjoyed our stay at royal ascot and i would definitely recommend.

Bad house keeping service

House keeping was not good. If we ask for extra water bottle they are strict and does not give. Only two bottles and two bath towels they gave a day. But we stayed 2 adults and 2 kids and charged for them too. House keeping should improve a lot. We staying for 6th time in royal ascot hotel but this time it’s very unsatisfactory

It was not a great stay, for every service we asked for took a time longer than expected and then you have to call the team again to get it done. There was hot water supply in washrooms all the time, when asked for the reason, they say it's a municipality issue. Fooding was quite average.

We travel-led for a short day trip, the rooms was full of smell, specially the bathrooms are worst, even after 2 times room spray still it was worst, the dinner was like a local restaurant with limited option, breakfast was still somewhat good but overall experience was not good, will not recommend to go with family,

The restaurant staff was arrogant and unprofessional during the morning breakfast. Reported it at checkout on reception. Overall experience was not good the staff was not professional. Definitely not a four star property service.

Hotel is at a strategic location in bur dubai, almost center of the city. Very well maintained facilities and cooperative staff with good taste of indian traveller's needs.
