I stayed in taj jumeirah dubai 10 days back for my first wedding anniversary. It was the first time we were in dubai and the hospitality of taj just made our trip. Rooms: excellent amenities: excellent, you literally have everything you can ask for and inf-act more :d food: excellent the breakfast spread is quite huge and they also have a menu if you wanna order ( no charges. Includes a lot of indian options and the taste is at par. Staff: 5 star best staff who know their job very well. Special thanks to ashutosh & neha from reception. Joy and dip-ti from the lounge section pool team of pros ( sorry i don't remember the names) and the entire staff on the floor of shamiyana room service is also very nice. You get whatever you want. Property is located in the buzzing area of jumeirah lake towers. Very centrally located, just 500 metres away from the metro station and many good restaurants and coffee shops are located just 300 to 900 mtrs away. Food at the Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai is good, we had breakfast on 4 days and it was good on variety (north indian, south indian, english breakfast, continental, arabic dishes etc. Hotel staff is very helpful and courteous. They extended our check out from noon to 2:30 pm and then further to 4 pm, at no extra cost. The second extension (till 4pm)was a big surprise for us. Big thanks to the Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, especially since i was traveling with a 6 year old and this extended check out time was very helpful else we would have to wait at the dubai airport for more than 8 hrs. Right from the check in process to in room service to dining at shamian and non-ya (restaurants) to checkout, everything was 7 star at taj jlt. Ashutosh (agm) greeted us during check in process, upgraded us from club room, wished my wife belated happy birthday (it was on 6th, and we checked in on 8th feb. Firdaus from front desk ensured that my wife again got a nice cake to celebrate, in evening when we went out for dinner, they decorated the room with red balloons for her. Having experience taj hospitality in umaid bhawan jodhpur, and taj lake palace udaipur, the hospitality at taj jolt was at par or better then these two Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubais. Everyone whom we interacted with either at breakfast, cleaning staff went above and beyond. Non-ya was very authentic pan asian food which we tried for lunch.

Their service is top notch by each and every staff from valet parking to dining. Breakfast buffet was excellent! we stayed for two days and wanted the same room for the next day but it was fully booked so they gave us a free upgrade to a suite to make our stay there even better! they go above and beyond with their services! highly recommended!
