    Excellent facilities and good customer service. Hotel rooms are very clean and well maintained. Our stay was very comfortable and convenient.

    Rooms are quite small though clean. When I asked for dental kit and a comb they simply refused saying its not provided. Rest close to Airport.

    Centro Rotana a great place

    The Centro Rotana is a great place to stay, the place is made really perfect by the people who work there. The staff are extremely warm and welcoming, very quick laundry service extremely well connected by taxis, very clean rooms and extremely reasonably priced. The reception was very clear about what are the incentives they provide for the guests and how to avail them. The family members were very happy with their service and food, thank you make my trip and Centro Rotana Sharjah for a unique experience.

    Indifferent, rude, careless to say the least about the housekeeping and room service staff. Even after several reminders, denied serving a bottle of water despite our readiness to pay for it. Preferential treatment to guests based on their nationality. No intervention from the managerial cadre or higher after an unpleasant situation occurred. Highly disappointed with the stay at centro, would rate it minus.
