    Pros - Location. - Free Parking. - Very near to fabulous food and drink places. Cons - Old. - Tiny room. - Bathroom / toilet with no lock (gosh). - No lift. - Expensive for what they offer. Staff are polite, this place is old but maintained very neat and clean. However, it needs a big refurb. Mattress is a joke. If you are planning to stay for more that 2 days... GOOD LUCK with your back.

    Excellent and beautiful small boutique hotel with lovely and professional staff especially Mr. Enrique, who is very passionate and compassionate. Sure, I will visit this hotel again and will highly recommend to my friends and who all visiting Edinburgh for a short stay. Becoming of it's proximity to all visiting places, tour buses, train, bus stations and it also has a nice restaurant on it's own in addition to very nice restaurants nearby.
