The staff at bermonds lock e were very warm and helpful. Had a comfortable stay. The rooms were very clean. The location is very convenient. Overall a great experience. Definitely planning to stay here in my next trip.

Pretty average. Not the same studios as advertised

The studios are not the size as advertised. They're much smaller and compact. First when we checked in they gave a horribly tiny studio where would barely even stand or breathe. After a lot of requesting they finally gave us a decent sized studio. Most of the rooms feel very claustrophobic and badly ventilated. The ground level is pretty good and their cafe has some great coffees

As a seasoned traveler, i spent 7 days here, and while the stay had its ups and downs, it was certainly an adventure worth exploring. With bus stops right at the entrance and major tube stations like london bridge and tower hill just a short 10-minute stroll away, getting around the city was a breeze. Not to mention the plethora of dining options nearby, ensuring that foodies will find themselves in culinary heaven. A spotlessly clean abode hygiene-conscious guests will be pleased to know that this property maintains exemplary cleanliness standards. Throughout my stay, i found the property to be immaculate, and the housekeeping staff deserves a round of applause. However, it's worth noting that room cleaning is not automatic, and guests might have to make a polite request to ensure a tidy sanctuary. A staff that goes the extra mile the hotel staff impressed me with their professionalism and promptness in addressing any issues that arose during my stay. Their courteous and responsive demeanor made me feel welcomed, and they were quick to resolve any concerns that i had. Though, on occasion, it seemed that they could benefit from better coordination among-st themselves. Room for improvement as with any adventure, there were a few twists and turns. The room, while adequately equipped with essential amenities such as a fridge, oven, washing machine, cooking stove, and kitchen equipment, surprisingly lacked a microwave. Additionally, the room i was given didn't quite match the larger suite that was advertised to me during booking. The discrepancy in room layout and size was a tad disappointing, especially when the front desk clarified that larger suites were already occupied. My room was 505 recommendations for the management to ensure a seamless booking experience for future guests, i would suggest that the management take proactive steps. Providing pictures and descriptions of different room types, including smaller suites, courtyard rooms, and those on higher floors, can help guests make better-informed decisions. After all, travelers often rely on reviews and visuals to shape their expectations. I paid 1500 pounds based on pictures and reviews. In conclusion: a unique tapestry of experiences this london stay was an enchanting tapestry of experiences - from the exceptional location and cleanliness to the welcoming staff and well-equipped rooms. While there were a few bumps along the way, they did little to dampen the overall enjoyment of my visit. The property's charm lies in its quirks, making it a memorable choice for adventurers seeking something beyond the usual hotel stay.
