    Good hotel and great location. Westfield stratford city shopping mall is just a few steps away. And underground is just a few metres away.

    They promised me a cake on my daughters birthday but at 12 in night I was waiting but never delivered then no one take responsibility instead bad behavior.

    Initial two days they had charged like sky. Balance six days was okay but hotel do not provide even basic stuff in washroom and room. So stay was not very much comfortable

    Firs two days tariff was not justified. It was too high. Breakfast choices are limited for vegetarians location of hotel is very good.

    Great hotel. Perfect location for shoppers as the hotel is located in the Westfield Stratford Shopping Mall. I have been staying here for years and the property is still very well maintained as good as any new hotel. Do not expect luxury but yes value for money.
