    Good location. No Air conditioner in room (as confirmed). Only ineffective air cooling system which made room warm in night when outside is cool ~ 15°. Room cramped for triple occupancy, Toilet/ Bath layout issues. Room sound proof being close to rail track and also weather proof. Room too compact for triple occupancy, wash room cramped!

    Great staff. Receptionist at the reception front office were extremely helpful and kind. Staff gave me the cleanest and fastest check-out experience however the Italian lady I unfortunately don't recall her name at the front desk when I checked into the hotel at 12 hours was an awesome host and lead to a great check-in experience I owe these three staff for my smiles at the hotel.
