This is an excellent hotel right next to the london bridge. The rooms are spacious and the staff at the property is very responsive. The only area where i had concerned was on the functioning of air condition. The room was not getting cold properly and instead of solving for that, the staff put up an air cooler to help me, which was not, i was expecting for a five star property.
Hospitality is awesome and stay is pleasant. Very convenient to travel as this place is very near to london bridge station

Great hotel
amazing food
amazing breakfast options (especially for indians ~ dosa, idli, vada, uttapams, paranthas) great location with a very happening vibe in the evenings good restaurants in the area london bridge tube station was just a 10 minute walk staff was also very good and helpful 10/10
Had a very comfortable stay. Very warm and welcoming staff. Willing to offer any help. Very well decorated room with all the required items.

It felt like being at home away from home. The Lalit has wonderful staff, right from Ahmed at the reception to the cleaning ladies ( didn’t get to meet them) to Mira, Gaurav and Ashutosh at Baluchi. The food was good, the accomodation warm and the people nice. A swimming pool would have been a great addition but I guess there are a few limitations to a boutique property. Loved the fact that this was a school turned into a hotel with some history in the background. Our kids 14, 6 and us had a lovely stay and would certainly like to stay here again. Special mention to Fabrice who called us when we left something behind by mistake for us to be able to retrieve it. Overall excellent 👌🏻

Big and clean rooms, just a min walking distance to tower bridge amazing hospitality with good staff and amazing restaurant with good options of continental indian and english breakfast also serves some awesome indian dinner options a home away from home

Untrained staff taking away the charm of the property

A beautiful property run was untrained professionals, first things first the location is a plus since its proximity to the tower bridge, the rooms sizes are good, now lets comes to the minus which is a long list
1. No bellman at the gate of a 5 star hotel had to carry my own bags to the reception
2. The reception staff is untrained, lost staff who hardly open their mouth or greet guest
3. The wifi in the room for a luxury hotel does not work at the bed or living area, when complained to the staff was asked to move to a smaller room which i refused, bought my own data plan to survive 4 nights in the hotel
4. Tv is just basic no internet connectivity & movies available can be viewed upon payment
5 the last & the worst part of the hotel is the breakfast staff, shabby looking no greetings, mixing upon orders & food options are limited honestly have stayed in better hotels with excellent services rated 4 star
i hope the management takes some time to train their staff about basic manners
also don't expect to the treated well if you are an indian

Good hotel, good staff, clean, service is good, places araound are worth looking at, very near to butlers wharf, if you are looking for place in central london it is a good place.

For the amount of money they charged per room, we expected better service. The WiFi was not working and the staff was not very helpful about it. The key card to the room also did not work three times and we had to keep asking for a change. The breakfast selection was very minimal and average for what they charged. Overall, for the amount of money paid, it was an average experience.
