    got shifted into another building where it was similar to house I wanted an individual room , I asked them to shift into the main building and there wasn't any response from the team. so I ended up staying in the house like property there were no facilities in the room and no assistance from the hotel. There was a lot of disturbance during the night and it wasn't a pleasant sleep. it was Not a great overall experience. also they took a deposit of £100 which was not mentioned while booking the property If there's an option I would like a refund/ partial refund. thank you!
