    Nice ambience with good authenticity. Could have been better with a serene window view. The bath tub was the best part for relaxing the stressed muscles due to travel-ling

    Room not clean. Air conditioning not working for heating or cooling. Ducts could not be turned off. Poor lighting. Unhelpful staff. Overpriced.
    No value for money. The room does not look very clean. Old hotel and rooms not at all maintained. No heating. Unfriendly and unaccommodating staff was not at all helpful. The ducts and the ac couldn't not even be adjusted or turned off.

    The place is in a very good location, all amenities is just a throw away.

    The stay was nice and we loved the location. Would recommend it to all the travelers going to Manchester. Keep rocking and making stay enjoyable for all your guests. WiFi connections was too weak in the room which the management can work upon.
