Room, 1 King Bed
I had stayed at Hilton London, 101 Waddon Way, Purley Way, Croydon CR9 4HH, United Kingdom from 26th August 2024 to 31st August, 2024. At the time of check-in I had deposited 50 pounds as a security fee which was to be refunded at the time of checkout. However, during the checkout, the person at the reception desk told me that the amount will be refunded within 1 week.

Queen deluxe room
The hotel is far from the London City. In room facility like Mobile converters are not provide. Also to buy in the hotel is 10 times expensive then the market. No good view at all. When we got our room it wasn't cleaned properly, so they gave us the upgrade.

Double hilton guestroom - winter sale breakfast!
They should provide free WiFi in the room plus microwave facility. Breakfast need more options for veg and chicken. Hotel service was good but need more cleanliness . No sports and movie channels on cable and very limited viewing choice for anyone.
