Air conditioner did not work. Was told they were under going remodel/repair. It was hot out and room was unbearable. Frustrated that they rented the room knowing it did not have A/C. Got a partial refund. They should have fully refunded the room, we had to stay because of tight work schedule didn’t have time to switch hotels.
Not clean. I have stayed there before. It seems to have declined. I will not stay again.

The bathtub was dirty. There was a hole in the lamp shade near the bed. At night the room was hot

A good place for travelers that are seeking a cost conscious sleep. A bit unkempt. We chased the omnipresent flies out of our room. But the bed and bath were clean and the shower worked well and we slept well. I think they should wash the walls however.
Room was good. The AC was going out, but it was ok. The maintenance guy Antonio was awesome. When we needed anything Antonio was there for us. He is awesome. I'll come back to them.
I had all I needed for a final last stop before driving the remaining miles home. Better than falling asleep at the wheel! Thank you.
melissa.familyOct 13, 2024 Openned the door to the first room and it hasn't been cleaned. They gave us a new roo. However, it was infested with flies and mosquitoes. Absolutely, disgusting!! In addition the neighbors were partying all night. Would have checked out, but after a long drive and limited options in the area, we ended up staying. Don't stay here!
The pool is dirty, the room is dirty, the facilities of the property are abandoned and there are many flies inside the room.
The beds are too high….i am short (5’1”) and my son had to help me to get in the bed. There was only a vending machine. The person at the desk was very nice that night. The room was stifling hot and the night staff (the same woman who checked us in) brought us two fans. It turns out all of the rooms are on the same system that is on the roof. We could hardly sleep because of the heat. I lost an earring and Isaiah was on duty in the office. I told him about the loss of the earring. We went across the street for breakfast and Isaiah found my earring and sent me a message right away. We were able to get my earring before continuing on with our journey. Absolutely NO complaints about the staff. When the night woman brought us fans, there were not enough outlets in the room to plug in the second one. The whole building looks shabby and run down. There was only one person working at the night desk. We came in mid-evening and there was no one in the office because the ONE person at work at about 7:30 and she was dealing somewhere else on the property. That is a BIG motel to have only one staff member present all night. The towels were skimpy and few. The price was too high for the area and for the few amenities they had. For close to $100.00
I expected more than a bed and a shower. Other nearby motels offered either Continental breakfast or even a full breakfast for not too m much more in cost. The cover on the non-functioning thermostat, it came off. Overall,: a TERRIBLE experience
Horrific! This place should be condemned.
No A/C; was over 95degrees; no smoke detector; ;spiders and webs all over; toxic dump of a pool; Selected an accessible room and had to climb two flights of stairs and I’m disabled.
Filthy place dirty everything and tons of flys several in the room and spiders as well ! Floors were so dirty it turned my socks pure black and I threw them away. A deplorable disgusting place and unfriendly at the check in desk no soap no shampoos no bath mats nasty unhealthy and unsafe filthy windows in office sick place to stop do not go there it should be condemned and trash piled up outside of rooms ugh !!!’the health dept should be notified!!!
Decent stay, not loud. Type of environment where people and others guests stay to themselves. I’ve spent a total of 7 times or so this year at this same hotel so far in 2024, this last time my concern was the house cleaning personnel knocked once or twice @ most that I recall. It was a little past 10:00 in the morning, and was asleep and she opened the door assuming nobody was in the room anymore. I would strongly consider/recommend door signs that allow guests to place outside doors to let others know not to barge in. But it was the first time, and who knows if anyone else in these stays have experienced that. Thank you.
