Hotel was to old needs to be revamped like carpet, smell, rooms. Lobby is super cute. Great customer service and parking very convenient and love the gondola being next door

Friendly staff and conveniently located near Iron Mountain Springs and the amusement park and caves. Our only complaint was the breakfast should have some warm bacon and eggs.

The breakfast was awful. Way too many kids in the food court. It’s more of a family hotel and not a hotel to relax. You can hear everything in the halls and the kids were very loud.
Ughhh….

So disappointed!! The pictures look great and show this beautiful place with an indoor water park (small) . Yes, the lobby is amazing and the pool was great!! BUT after that….. falls short in every way! Rooms are dated (and smell weird), a lot of worn interior materials ie wood panels corroded, yellowing white paint, numerous chips and cracks. We were particularly disappointed because we were placed in a room right across from maintenance and laundry, in basement. I did ask to be moved, they moved us to a handicapped accessible room(we didn’t know) which was worse, (and is just wrong by the way )bed frames were cheap metal old hospital style, the shower head was broken, no furniture or carpeting, just an empty room with beds!! We gave up. Breakfast is basic, no eggs or protein, just carbs. I spoke to a few of the guests, also disappointed, said they had been there in the past and everything has gone downhill ! You pay over $180 for the these rooms and for a somewhat good experience, maybe a decent breakfast but you get cheap food and rundown rooms, at least the lobby looks nice 😕
Decent option with young kids and a dog

We stayed in a pet-friendly room in the basement. The room had laminate flooring and limited furniture. It was adequate, but far from cozy. Beds are a bit bouncy. Pool was fun with kids and parking is free and easy. Staff was fine, but we has to wait for awhile for our room (and ask three people about it while we were waiting).

Key cards not working despite keeping them alone in pocket. Lights by the bed not working, heater was noisy and the elevator was very slow so we took the stairs to 3rd story most of the time. Breakfast not restocked well at all, so be sure to get there early if you want choices on the already limited continental. Staff working front desk friendly, breakfast employees not so much.

We were there to explore the area’s geothermal features. On the way into town, we stopped at the Vapor Caves, and the next day we went to Iron Mountain Hot Springs, both of which were lovely. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Not walking distance to Historic Glenwood, but easily drivable.

We reaserved 2 queens and to our surprise we got a room with 2 queens plus bunkbeds!! We didnt need them at the time, however we have an onther trip planned and it will perfect with the kids. Plus the room was huge for a very reasonable price!!

It is an older hotel so some of the conditions and cleanliness was probably caused by that.

Nice family friendly hotel. We really enjoyed our time together in the game room. Pool is nice but its shallow. Coffee and breakfast at the fireplace was a great way to start the day.
