Having everything that you need at one room was excellent but I don't like about was disgusting smell of either air freshener on the hallway or they clean up the hallway carpet with some kind of smelly cleaners
Building is old and needs updating. Rooms were very comfortable but lack modernization.

Didn't spend too much time in the room but it was comfortable and clean. I was able to get sleep at night it was so quiet around. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. I will absolutely be staying here again in the future.
This location doesn’t match any other Sonesta I’ve stayed at. This one gave me more of a motel vibe than anything. Everything was outdated, outlets didn’t work, you get charged to park on top of paying a ridiculous amount of money to stay in an outdated place. There’s a terrible smell in the hall ways and lobby, halls, rooms dirty. Furniture in Rm337 is badly stained. I was satisfied at all! Most Sonestas I’ve stayed at were clean and well maintained. Not this one!
Soap dispenser did not work. Cups were dirty that were provided in the kitchen area.
charles.partnerOct 21, 2024 The location is convenient but the property was disgusting. Our room smelled like smoke, there were dirty socks under the desk and cockroaches in the bathroom. There was also loud music in several rooms on our floor and the room above us. Would never recommend this to anyone.

The check in staff was kind but unfortunately my room was dirty. The previous guest's trash was still there and full under the sink. They left makeup behind, a couple towels had stains on them, there was hair on the shower walls. Also the parking lot has a lot lot of trash and empty beer bottles laying around.
I showed up early and was told no rooms were available for 45 minutes. I came back in 45 minutes and then was told there is a $30 charge for early check in. Communication, communication….
michelle.partnerOct 12, 2024 Area was a little sketchy. Hotel definitely outdated and could use some updating. Rooms were ok, had a musty smell at times but probably due to the AC. AC turns of by sensors as it say when you leave the room but also think it affected the room at night as it was very hot while sleeping.

Stayed for 6 nights and everytime I need new towels, need to go to the front desk
The water heater probably has some issue. There is basically no hot water the night I stayed. The refrigerator is very noisy, just like the air conditioner is running the whole time.
Other than these two, everything thing else is ok
It was a good experience. Some sketchy people outside of property but no interaction. Would stay here again.

charlotte.partnerOct 01, 2024 The reception staff were very rude when we arrived (male named Oliver and a female African American lady) speaking to us like we were stupid and not very helpful in sorting out our issues. The lady at the desk when we left (Ruby I think her name is) was much nicer and more helpful. When we entered our room, it reeked of cigarette smoke even though was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Had to turn on the a/c to disperse the smell, as room was getting cold needed another blanket to keep warm but this is was not available in the room
