This was a bate and switch
What you see on the website is far from what you get
I did not stay at Villa by Eco-shared, because I could not fly to Miami.
I tried to cancel the reservation, and they answered "No problem", but my account was charged anyway.
First, they ended up sending me to a different place because there was some vandalism issue. Then they sent me to this place that is horrible. Bathroom towels were cut up there’s cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room. Very disappointed last minute they made me go somewhere else which I ended up paying over a $70 Uber ride, because I went to the first place then I seven to another place will not come back again would not recommend horrible experience Also, I paid for a private room. They ended up making me go on a shared room I would like my money back
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I went to the hotel twice. The first time when I went there, no one was there. The second time when I went there, I finally got connected with the landlord, but I was told I cannot live there. It was 4:00 PM. Then, I could not find another hotel until 2:00 AM the next day. The landlord never answered my call. What is worse, it cost me another $650 in total for Lyft and the new room. This is completely unacceptable.

The landlord is sketchy more than anything else. There's a woman who greets you outside, she was just as confused as I was. She led me to my room, and when she opened it someone else's belongings were there. The landlord made up some weird story and offered to put me in a different room at another location just down the street. He wouldn't give me the address, I got the address from the Uber driver to then find out the other property was at least a 20/25 minute drive, not down the street and not walking distance which was essential for me. I was planning to stay at the Miami Shores locations bc I needed to be in walking distance from my storage unit and a few businesses there, meanwhile the location I originally booked still showed online as available and now with 2 rooms open, which was even more aggravating. The landlord agreed to refund me, but couldn't even be bothered to refund the full price I paid. He wasted my time and the money I spent getting there, and was beyond rude and careless.
Really nice staff, but the area is very dangerous. Had all sorts of wierd drugies interacting with me. Very unsafe at night. Property is fine but very smal room and huge cockroaches everywhere. As I said though, staff are nice. Also in Miami this is what you get for this price unless you’re in a group.

One of the best places I've stayed in Miami, the space is very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
Convenient location easy to park
Horrible experience, after my reservation was confirmed I gotta an email saying, actually the room wasnt availble and I was already at the airport with no time and no phone service, I end it up with No hotel at the airport in miami til next day 8am for my connecting flight
