    The reception team and house keeping team were very nice and accommodating. The view was very nice. The room was extremely cold, the window would not shot properly. The duvet was too small, there was no kettle or phone in the room. Due to the cold temperature, i could not have a good night sleep. The mattress was not properly fixed and i could see the gap under the bed. The shower curtain was too short, and with each shower a lot of water would splash all over.
