The hotel is exactly as specified on the web, yes the rooms are small but that’s the whole idea! it’s a pod so mo complaints on that, everything you need is available and positioned well, for a practical solo or couples who want a good hotel to rest after touring ny, this is your place! prices are great, room cleaning services are frequent, staff are wonderful ( just follow the instructions while booking) but one set back is the noisy ac, but not a biggy, would definitely come back if i travel to ny without my kids.

Rooms are extremely small leaving no space to even move or open luggage. Beds are not long enough for anyone taller than 6 feet. Considering these factors, pod hotel cannot be considered cheap nor economical when compared to other hotels offering larger space for slightly higher rates. Even though i opted for a double pod, the room was so small. My luggage had hardly any space to open. And the lack of space means you almost trip every time and hurt yourself against the cot. Most importantly, they never mention the size of the bed. I am over 6 feet tall but their bed was not long enough. Their selling point is that the rooms are cheap. But actually considering the lack of space and comfort provided compared to other hotels, its actually not cheap nor economical. Soured my stay in ny after having a great experience in riverside at another hotel.

The room was the size of a bathroom

There was no space to stand in the room and it was really really small. To top it up I was charged 18$ extra over n above what I paid. That was never agreed and we had no clue.

No much air ventilation. Rooms are small. Good for a night stay. Location is good.
