    Decent budget hotel, nothing more

    Conveniently located close to Federal Circle at JFK which is where you need to come to take the airprot shuttle. Having shuttle service from the terminals directly would have been more helpful. The reception staff were friendly. Budget rooms. Breakfast doesn't have hot cooked food- only bagels/toast/muffins and coffee.

    It's a very convenient hotel if u had to take a flight from Jfk again. Pick up and drop is also complimentary from hotel

    Terrible Stay

    After having a confirmation one week prior to check in, there was no confirmation with the hotel. The guy in counter was rude and unhelpful. Spent 3 hours struggling to get Orbitz to sort it out. Really very bad experience. Unlike other JFK hotel shuttles, this courtesy vehicle turns up only when called on phone.
