I don’t want to scare anyone off, but feel obliged to let you know about a few things. The property itself is FABULOUS! Nice rooms, nice pool, and although we didn’t use it, the restaurant/bar looked fantastic! The main problem with the property is its nearness to a railroad. It seemed a train went by every 10 minutes day and night. We used earplugs to get some sleep. Another negative is they only have queen beds - no king beds. Finally, although the showers are big, clean, and nice, the water pressure was disappointing. On the upside, there are boat slips and the pool appeared to have a swim-up bar literally below a stage that over hangs to pool. Really cool setting!
sandy.partnerNov 13, 2024 Everything about our stay at Topock 66 was wonderful. Booking and check in was simple. We had to make a couple changes in our reservation and the manager, Beth, was on top of it with efficiency and kindness.
The room was spotless, large space, nice view and well appointed.
We had a few meals here and the food and service was always excellent.
Thank you Topock 66, we’ll be back!
A staff member was very rude in sharing one of their policies. Their policies about bringing drinks on the restaurant grounds should be properly displayed. Further, a polite explanation would have gone a long way as opposed to a rude abrupt conversation. Won’t be back there again.
Wow! If you're going across I-40 and need a place, like I did, or want to see Rte. 66, you must stay here. It offers so much more than any chain motel. It's brand new, roomy, comfortable, with balcony over a lake and a very good restaurant.
Room was great. Loved view from balcony. The place was difficult to find in the dark at night. No street lights.
Stacy was charming and very helpful.

Awesome resort right on the river. The room was super clean, every staff member was friendly and knowledgeable from the office, store, restaurant and maid. Pool was refreshing. Beautiful views of the river, wildlife, bridge, trains and more. Boat and fun watersports rentals on-site. Grounds were totally clean. This place was well planned out and immaculate. Stay here!
The entrance to property is dangerous… no light or stop sign and view to opposite traffic blocked by big tanks. Missed entrance first time
james.friendsSep 11, 2024 We have been to Topock many times. We were excited to spend the night, boated up from Havasu. Ate lunch, dinner, and breakfast. Hotel charged $75 dollars to park boat in slip seems very high to me. Aren't they wanting boaters to stay? This is on top of the 200 room. Hotel was nice but A/C in both rooms could not keep up, 79 degrees was the lowest it could achieve. Would not stay again due to the $75 charge for boat.
I had an amazing stay at Topock 66. Stacy (I believe this was his name) at check in was so nice and helpful. He gave me suggestions for dinner, walked me through the amenities and how everything worked. Very nice!
I walked down to the attached bar/restaurant and had a great Wedge salad and margarita right on the river to end my travel day. Staff was friendly there as well.
The room was amazing. Very, very nice inside. Bathroom was great, huge TV, pull out sofa, deck. Everything I could have asked for.

This brand new hotel is an unexpected gem. Clean, modern and spacious rooms. Each room has a patio overlooking the Marina. Restaurant and bar onsite were open from 8am until 8pm. Will definitely come back again

This hotel is new. The room was spacious and everyone was friendly. I liked that it had a beautiful pool and restaurant close by. Breakfast and dinner were good.

shannon.partnerJul 21, 2024 Brand new hotel! It was very nice. Great size rooms for the whole family. Loved the nice size fridge (especially during river season) and little kitchen area. Well done. Literally best location because the river is right there or you can hit the pool. The vibe at the pool was fun with music, swim up bar, and restaurant. This new hotel gives options especially if you are new to the river scene (boat rentals at the location too) or meeting friends and you are looking for your own place to sleep!
