    Small rooms with no view ; suffocating

    The rooms were very small. We booked 2 deluxe rooms. They had a window with view if just 1 feet as it was adjoining other building. So it felt suffocating and the rooms were very small.

    This is a small boutique hotel in the hanoi old quarter. It gives you an experience of the rustic life with personalized experience. There was an issue with the check-in and i ended up get-tin an upgrade. The front desk leader andrew is awesome. He helped me plan my trip to ninh bin h and t rang am. He went out of his way to fix some issues for me. My experience has been very good. I strongly recommend this place.

    Location of the Hotel is very good. Staff is very courteous and always smiling. They are helpful. As I was leaving early kate packed breakfast for me that was a exceptional. Overall excellent experience and will recommend my friends and family about this Hotel. Excellent keep it up.
