The lack of housekeeping mid-stay meant that supplies ran out quickly and were not regularly replenished, but a text to the digital concierge fixed that.
The room was compact but had all the mod cons. The internet was good, and we had a nice view over the nearby rooftops. Having a Woolworths and choices for dining within the square was a definite plus. Beyond the square, there are limited options, but most of our needs were met in the square.
I'd stay here again. It was clean and comfortable and reasonably priced.
Property was at its best location.
Felt a bit pricey.
It was neat n clean, the air freshener in the room was abit overpowering, whole app key system is abit annoying especially if your phone dies.
Rambla was unique in that there was no physical check in counter or physical key card.

robert.partnerNov 07, 2024 Long complicated process to book and then when you arrive the no staff/all via your phone just does not work. Had to call to get in main door, had to call to get an override code for the lift, had to call the property and the car park operator because the numberplate recognition did not work. The unit is okay apart from road noise and no coffeemaker of any kind.

Improvement - while communication was a lot, it was excessive at times and hard to understand with so many text messages.
The rooms are nice and clean and comfortable .
It is a great addition to Brisbane's accommodation offering. Easy check-in and very good communication with the portal.
Great location and plenty of food options. Rooms clean and comfortable would stay again.

Once I found the entrance everything was a breeze. The key app worked well the apartment was clean and well equipped. Bring your Netflix password as the TV only uses apps. Close to plenty of food & retail, transport options too.

But overall very lovely, needs a place for showers can go, me and my partner had to take turns going downstairs and back up because of bubs and no smoking on the balcony.
naomi.partnerSep 22, 2024 I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff and team were very lovely. They made my husband’s birthday special with the bottle of red wine and free cinema tickets they gave to us. That was really sweet of them!
We also really enjoyed the pool and sauna.
Would visit again whenever I’m in Brissy 😊
andrew.partnerSep 22, 2024 We only stayed for one night, so we bo booked a less expensive room. The room itself was comfortable, however, the noise level from the road, kept us awake.
Given the level of outside and roadway noise, it does not appear the glass facing the roadway has been sufficiently noise proofed.
Cant say i disliked anything. Good area close to pubs and the gabba. Very nice pool on the roof
Cost saving to 'ease' check in was overly complex needing 4 people to get a number to call so that I could get in the building. Another time to get in the lift and then stayed on the line to get in my room.
If you are not tech savvy and have a phone capable of NFC, don't stay here.
If all works well, then it's good.

That’s an amazing night, it's super quiet and safe, with easy shopping and parking
