    Bad experience

    Only 2 water bottles for 24 hours after that they charge per bottle, that’s absurd for the cost they are charging. Arrogant front desk and staff. Opt for jw marriott any day for better experience hospitality and location wise too.

    The hotel is fabulous. But a little far from the surfers paradise. But the luxury is immense.

    Pathetic service

    Most pathetic check-in experience and service of the restaurant staff. I checked in with my family at 1. 30 Pm and the staff said you will get the room only at 3 Pm. During breakfast, we requested the server to serve the butter and she said that it is in the buffet, you can go and get yourself. This is the most pathetic experience I had and never expected this from the Palazzo Versace hotel.
