It’s a lively hotel and if choose an ocean view room the sunrise is amazing. Also the walk to the beach is less than 200 meters

The rooms size was good, but the all the amenities in the room were of old quality. For eg the tap in our washroom was so tight we had to use both hands to open it. No in room dining no reversible ac. Room temperature was not visible. The staff was courteous.

Location is quite near to the public transport as well as to surfers paradise. Would like to stay again at the Hotel considering the brand and the quality of services being provided to the guests in the Hotel.

Location good, rooms small

Location of hotel is good. Near to tram station, near to beach and near to cavil avenue. Lot of restaurants nearby. Only problem was property was quite old with very less space in room to move. So not good with kids.

Loved the stay, it's an amazing location to be at. Staff was really cordial and helpful. Would highly recommend for staying here since it's just 5 mins walk from the main attractions and public transportation is just below the hotel.

Staff was really courteous and made us feel comfortable, very near to surfers paradise Beach and the main lane, amazing location and the swimming pool with jacuzzi was too much fun.

I never stayed such a worst hotel in my life. Charging for each and every things, if the guest is staying with child it's really waste they will not change the bed cover also that's unhygienic.

Enjoyed my 25th anniversary in gold coast Matra legend. Just a minute walk to cavil street, a happening central location and adjacent to gold coast beach. Enjoyed thoroughly.

Location wise the hotel was just as promised and oh what a view! But that was the end of good news. The rating goes down because of the service, hospitality and the cleanliness of the washroom. Apart from that the rooms were so dimly lit that me and my wife had to literally switch on the Mobile torch to work !. Experience with reception staff- very poor. They were least cooperative and ignorant. Reception attitude was not at all helpful towards guest, they didn't bother to contact us for our picks, nor any help with luggage during either check-in or check-out.

Nice property at low budget .. Walking distance from surfers pradise beach and market .. Breakfast was not included though .. But there a lot of good eateries just as you step out of the hotel .. Indoor ski diving is opposite

We have stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. It was in a great location right at the centre of all happenings, walking distance to beaches etc. The room size was small and we had two issues during our stay:. 1. Internet speed was totally crap. 2. Daily servicing of room wasn't great. Apart from above two, other things were good.

Great Hotel but experience scared by unfair charge

Great location. We booked spa suite so room was on 21st floor. Great room with jacuzzi in it and awesome view. Everything nearby beach hotels etc. But they levied unfair charges for watching 5 movies which we did not see $100 and reversed $60 saying they were not watched till end. So that was a bit scar in our overall great experience.
