A really nice place to stay, the room was large and well appointed, the rooftop terrace and pool may be the best in Melbourne, located on the 19th floor the city views from the pool are incredible. A great hotel in a great part of Melbourne, I have left with excitement of returning. Well done.
mathew.familyOct 17, 2024 The room has everything that you want and expect for the price range BUT staying on level 1 the road noise was deafening and constant, resulting in broken sleep. Not sure if it is not noticeable on other floors but we would not be staying again based on that factor alone.
Breakfast at Mama Bear helped soften our disappointment of our stay, food was delicious and great coffee!

anna.family_with_childrenOct 08, 2024 Overall we had a pleasant stay. The pool on level 19 was definitely the highlight. Being on Level 1 there was noise from the road which was annoying. The staff at reception were nice and the location is good for public transport options with a tram stop only 5min walk away.
Chef did not turn for breakfast menu when advertised
Nina at reception is so helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble!

If you pay for a room you should receive 1 free park - this should not be an extra expense. No free street parking is near the complex. Great View from 19 floor however lifts are very slow as it's such a big complex - stairs are quicker than the lift. Cooked breakfast was great however choice of fruit was cut up oranges or a whole apple. Melbourne Markets are not far away and fresh produce from there would have been great to include.
Property was nice, a new build, not an high quality build. Unfortunately the bathroom fans were not working, nor was the air conditioning. The bedrooms are very small. The pool is lovely and the property is close to trams, 10 min walk to train and restaurants and supermarket.
i was surprised they charged extra for parking as there was plenty of parking available ,the t v system is poor as the free to air fades in and out all the time
Beautiful, comfortable design and styling. Everything you could want for a long or short stay. Only negative on lower levels is traffic noise.
Solid. Would definitely stay again.

A perfect place to feel fancy
We were staying at the quest for the 2024 Hotrod show as this property was within walking distance. It certainly did not disappoint! The rooms are beautifully appointed ( lovely colours !) and the rooftop pool and view is stunning ! Very central to most things and was a very comfortable stay . We’ll definitely stay again

Last time i stayed i gave a 5* review. This time was awful, there was tiny scuttering all night in the ceiling and walls and when i tolf reception they made me feel like an idiot. Also there was a party 2 doors down that was ridiculously loud. Overall i wouldnt go back.
