Hotel staff are so professional and hotel business is valuing the human life.Very disappointed with staff from counter to room cleaning

Location was not that good. Breakfast buffet was also not good. Not so much of variety and most importantly they do not have staff for luggage pickup to the room and from room to lobby. We have to take our luggage by self.

The hotel serves good breakfast buffet and is located next to do Melbourne and crown casino which is a short walking distance from the hotel. Excellent location and room service.

Not Worth it

I booked standard room for my stay with my wife but they provided me twin bed room. Later they agreed to shift me to a suite as a compensation but again they didn't shift me to a suite.

Great location. Train Stationand tramway at walking distance. Staff gave me an early check in without any hassle. Great place if you want to be in the heart of d City.

My daughter and I stayed for 2 days at the Holiday Inn at Flinders in Melbourne, and we were very pleased with the rooms and the caring and polite staff. Breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is also very convenient as it's close to the tram stations in CBD, as well as the southern cross Station from where we took the Airport Skybus to Melbourne Airport.

Hotel is a great location, good rooms. Food is not great, I always had spoilt tomato's, melons. Front office is a bit dis-organised, they are not well synchronized. I made my check-in I made a payment for all the 5 nights I had to stay, now during check-out they have no Idea of that payment and kept searching files, computer etc. Had booked my breakfast package during the check-in and they charge me on the days I had my breakfast and did not have pre-booking. Well overall it was a great place to stay and I would love to go back there. It's just the food needs to be taken care.

Excellent Stay Option at Melbourne

When I come to Melbourne I always choose this hotel. Location is good also near by airport skybus station. Indian restaurant and other food option is near by. Crown casino is walkble distance. Hotel staff and service is excellent. Value for money.
