All really nice - lovely staff, modern room with comfortable bed. Only strange thing was with the shower. There’s a huge waterfall shower head, however it’s too much water for the drain, so was spilling out of the shower and had to put towels down to stop it going onto the carpet. I had noticed the water damage to the carpet the night before and had wondered how that happened. Otherwise all really great, and highly recommended
Nice hotel shame about the bathroom cleanliness
adriane.familyNov 25, 2024 Beside the bread crumbs under the bed, mould in the toilet, dust on the the carpet and stains on the wall not mentioning the lazy staff and rude customer service, if its only sleeping in theres a lot of other accomodation that is much cheaper than this. I am an accors member and I booked this hotel as reputation exceeds itself however to my disappointment, I would not recommend staying in here. Not toiletries was available in the room and when I asked front desk they asked me grab it from downstairs. Truly a disappointing stay for me and my family.

When I checked In, Suzie on front desk basically ignored me until I put down the multiple heavy bags I was carrying and then acknowledged my presence but kept doing what she was doing. The key failed to open my door three (3) times. I would have liked to have been told the first time Suzie not to put the key in my phone case. The fridge froze everything I put in it. I did tell the front desk… yep it was Suzie again. Nothing was done about it. The teabags I had to asked for every single day. There is a bag of chips, a small bottle of red wine and 2 x 3 pack of ferro Rochers complementary which was lovely. There is an option to go green and not have your towels washed every day… I took this option… there is a reward of $10 off your meal in the restaurant if you take this option-this was not valid when I ate at the restaurant.
I highly recommend the restaurant… I would come back just for the food All in all it’s a very convenient, clean and relative inexpensive place to stay especially if you have family in the hospital skup across the road

Hallway smelt a little
Staff were courteous & friendly. I was disappointed by the limited breakfast menu and chose Eggs Benedict. No smoked salmon add-on. The yolks were hard and the bacon was dry. Disappointing for such a nice hotel!

There was a 2inch difference in height of the zip king bed, Pillows were something youd find a a 2 star hotel, no attention to cleaning the bathroom tiles. Tv was meant to have chromecast built in, when it didnt work i rang the tech number listed. First i was hung up on after they answered, the 2nd call went to someone who claimed they dont deal with those issues and i needed to call the front desk who were unavailable.
I had just completed a 7 hour drive taking my sick doggo to ED, arrived at 11 and all i wanted was a comfy bed to lay on and to watch something to take my mind off the stressful events. They failed with both
