    Good free Wi-Fi which was easily accessible, good free and safe parking, location is good and close to St Leonards shops and RNS hospital, friendly staff and calm surroundings. Room was good, just enough for a one night stay for us as a couple, bed was big enough and comfortable, bathroom and toilet are small but that was good enough for us, reconditioned room
