The facility is good but the service is very bad. Our washbasin drainage got clogged, i complained to them, wrote to them on their system, went to reception to complain still they did not send anyone, thought they would do bext day but still did not. I left a cleam my room tag, but all they dis was replace the glasses and mugs, did not even change the bedsheets or the washroom. The worst seevice i have experienced in a long long time.
Room was excellent - exquisitely clean and organised - well lit - ventilated and bright sunshine. Really like the view and the co operative staff. The location is quote close to the city via metro. Highly recommended space and a value for money

Location of the hotel was accessible by public transport. Hospital staff is not friendly at all. In their services they wrote that they will provide a connector for charging; however, on demanding same they denied. They are not bothered much about the comfort of the guests. Rooms are small but are clean. I would recommend this hotel only if they can improve their services.

Location of Austria Trend is too good

The Austria Trend hotel MW is a very good hotel for the price it offers.
The location is terrific just located 200 meters from the tube.
The check-in was smooth and easy, the cleanliness of the hotel was very good.
Would recommend this hotel anytime.

Amazing place .. The property is near a train station so commuting is easy. Breakfast was really nice .. Rooms are a bit small but managble .. The staff tries to help which is a plus for the hotel .. Will recommend

Good hotel & small rooms

The hotel is away from the main city however, the train station is just 3mins walk. The rooms are small just about enough with bags. The staff is very friendly & helpful. The best part is the breakfast which is great. Lots of variety.

I stayed here with my friend on a weekend and it did not disappoint us. The highlight of the hotel is the location where you can go to Prater in just 5 minutes walking. It takes only 5 minutes to take the you, that connects the entire city and centre station is just 3 or 4 stops away. Overall, a great stay. Would love to come again.

Very good location. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Quite and comfortable. Austria giant wheel at walking distance. No much option for lunch or dinner in the hotel but there are lots of food joints in the vicinity. WU university campus is just opposite.
