It was wonderful experience. We enjoyed our stay at winter park hotel. The staff and customer service was great. Breakfast was just right to start the day with perfect energy.

Ideal Location, but Pricey with Limited Breakfast Options for Vegetarians

I recently stayed at Winter Park Hotel in Baku. Overall, it was a good stay with a few standout points and some areas for improvement. The hotel’s location is a definite advantage, being very close to Nizami Street – within walking distance, which made exploring the area very convenient. The service was generally good, and the staff was polite. Rooms were also good and spacious with good view of flaming tower and Caspian sea. However, a few things could be improved. I found that the breakfast options were limited for vegetarians, which was a bit disappointing. Despite providing feedback, the hotel staff didn’t show much flexibility in accommodating vegetarian options. Additionally, while the hotel was comfortable, it was slightly on the pricier side compared to other options in the area, and I felt it didn’t quite meet the value-for-money expectation. Overall, a decent choice if you’re looking for a centrally located hotel in Baku, but something to consider if vegetarian options and budget are priorities for you.

Cheater hotel staff, they downgrade your room without informing u. Pathetic. Never stay, pathetic experience. They even abused indians.

Location is perfect, near to nizami street which is the most happening street in baku. Food is average, breakfast don't have much choices for vegetarians and staff is not trained properly.

Rooms are spacious and nice but bathroom is small slippery & little dark. However we had a comfortable stay with kids. The breakfast spread is good but pretty standard. The best thing about this hotel is location. U can literally walk to nizami street in few minutes and is centrally located.

We had a comfortable stay at winter park hotel in a good, spacious deluxe room. However, the breakfast options could be improved, especially with more vegetarian choices or options that cater to indian guests, considering many indians stay here.

The hotel is very good and located at a fantastic location. Just 5 min walk from popular nizami street. Staff is friendly however very few speak english. Taxis available 24/7 at the lobby. Some signs of wearing out visible in carpets and wood work but that’s ok given the overall cleanliness of rooms and hotel overall. We got the room on top floor with view of flame towers and caspian sea which was a delight. Breakfast spread is just fine. Limited choices for vegetarians but manageable. The room intercom was not working hence deducted one star. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay overall. Lot of indian food options nearby at walking distance

Location, bf and services excellent. Night y price is slightly on higher side even than i shall prefer this hotel for my next visit again. Staffs are very helpful and easy to access any tourist spot you want. Nizami street is just 300 m away

Big rooms, nice location. Walking distance from fountain square, nizami st and the bake boulevard. You get a good view of yje city from their 15th floor bar and restaurant

Hotel was good but it seems lot of renovation work is going on their reception area now. More surprisingly, we three were there but only one key card was provided as there was shortage of key card in the reception. I must appreciate the number of food options they provide in the breakfast menu. But unfortunately on 12th june, both the side dishes of the rice were vegetables dishes only instead of one veg & one non-veg option. Though the menu was mentioned chicken with curry sauce but there was china dal only instead of chicken. Otherwise, stay was very pleasant and location was good.

No support during medical need / hostile staff

The hotel boasts to be a 4 star but few staff members lack basic empathy and communication skills. We had requested for a wheel chair for my sister as she was unable to walk due to a medical emergency and had told the hotel that it will be returned in a day. We offered to pay charges (usually free), give a security deposit and also leave behind identity proof for security. However, the staff did not accommodate any requests. Also, the manager should be fired as he didn't have the courtesy to even talk on phone or have a face to face conversation, just gave his answers through subordinates. I would never recommend a hotel with staff as hostile as this.
