The services were very poor and the staff was not cooperative. Water was not provided at check in and they charged for this when I requested.

I have just checked in the hotel and checked out in 10 mins. Informed about the bad rooms, felt like i would get sick- if i stay in that. At-least the hotel manager contacted me and understood my situation, and at least he told me he will try to get a refund

Location is very good, nearby temple, gold souq, babu al bahrain gate, shopping and restaurants are nearby.

Staff are good and polite. Next time if i goes i will prefer to stay at oriental palace. Buffet breakfast also tasty and with lots of varieties.

It's a bit old hotel but maintain nicely. Front desk staff and other staffs were so nice, attentive. It's just a block away from bab-al bahrain. Restaurants and groceries nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location very congested, normal and tasty food, best service from all staff. Friendly staff and calm, quiet room.
