    Poor Stay

    Unhelpful staff. Did not respond to my request to change my mattress which was sagging like a Hammock. Changed my room only after a lot of haggling and after I told them that contrary to what they were claiming a net search revealed that rooms were in fact available. Charged me 20 Euros for an upgrade. My wife and me were tired after a day of walking in Burge but so unwelcoming were the staff that we were almost on the verge of going back to Brussels and trying for a room there. Would recommend to MakeMyTrip to take it off their list of recommendations. A bad experience.
