Peaceful stay

View is breathtaking. Snow clad mountain's. Big rooms and comfortable beddings. Staff is really helpful and flexible

Mediocre facility

Bed was not good, no mirror in our room. Food was okay. 2 girls seemed to take care of everything at the hotel. They are over burdened which affects service.

Location was far but on main Road so you can get taxi easily. The food was very good and service was fast.

Beautiful location but not in Paro Town

This resort is located at Drugyal, 14 km away from Paro town. It is a new property, some construction work is still going on. This family run resort is promising in many ways but they have to work on their culinary skills. The Resort staff are very friendly although. The most fabulous is the picturesque backdrop of the rest that consists of the snow-clad mountains, the old Drugeyl Dzong and a series of step cultivation fields.

Overall a good experience

Nice big rooms, good location, staff behavior was good. Problems were, tv was not working, wifi was not working, for room service, For tea, water, no service available between eve 10 to morning 7.

Poor Stay

Location of the hotel was lovely rooms are good but maintenance was poor. Washbasins was leaking, shower was not working. Television was working but pictures was shaking continuously and when we complained reply was it's due to rain. Next day it was sunny day but tv was as same so staff is good but they should be trained for maintenance and tourism

The beautiful view from the room

The location is a little far from Paro Town but offers spectacular views of the the ancient Drugyel long and the valleys. The staff is courteous and very helpful. The rooms are clean and neat. It's a new property and they're working hard to get it started. Very pleasant stay. The hotel staff even helped my old mother walk to Drugyel d long, which is a short walk from the hotel.

New property not yet completed

We had booked the hotel for 3. The owner, Mr Sanjay, is a nice person. However the property was still under completion when we went in April and hence was unfit for stay. From what I saw of the rooms, they were good with new equipment.
