Room was very clean and spacious. Dinner was good. Breakfast was good but needs more improvement. Well come tea service needs more attention

Room 101 was large n cosy in the reception lobby area ground floor. However right infront of a common toilet which was a bit smelly affair. Bathroom was large. Hotel has many secret doors like harry potter hogwarts school! there's one in the bathroom too. For service pipe probably. Weird. Breakfast was bland n not much of choice that you have for the price it charges. No dental kit provided.

This hotel property is not maintained properly so you can find dust and mosquitos in the room. Even on breakfast also they have very limited items and that too becomes unavailable.

Extremely horrible stay experience no hot water in the room basic amenities like tv ac hot water doesn’t work rooms were dusty had to get it cleaned after checking in bad quality service was good, people were friendly and good

Rooms are really nice with excellent service. The only negative was poor internet connectivity, because hotel was full. Worth staying and experience the greatness

Had a pleasant stay. Friendly staff. The disadvantage is that this hotel is bit far from the City centre

Good decor polite staff. Enjoyed the stay. It is up the hill so moving out not easy if you don't have vehicle.
