A great ambience. Average service

A hotel with a great ambience and a central location. Check in was fast. Service was okay. Predominantly hosts chinese tourists. Therefore most hospitality, breakfast menu and other facilities are focused on tourists from china. Not many in the hotel know english language: though the staff was polite, i will not shy from saying that it isn’t an especially warm place for indian tourists to stay.

Clean property with well behaved staffs. Casino and the duty free shop is the main attraction. Both the towers nagoa 1 and nagoa 2 having a superior view. Everyone should stay at this property while visiting phenom penh.

no service no complimentry drinks charge me 400€ euros extra ,from Nagaworld 2 to one hotel. the manager said Naga world 1 is five star and reacominded me stay

Hotel is well maintained and prices are very reasonable for a 5 star rated hotel. This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel and I have got no complaints.

Been there with friends. This is my second visit to Nagaworld in 2 years. Everything under one roof. The duty free is good. Nightlife rocks. Casinos are buzzing 24/7. Awesome hotel.

It was nice stay with courteous staff ever ready to help the guests. Vast spread of breakfast though vegetarian options were very limited. Front desk allowed early check in on request. Will come again definitely.

The Nagaworld Hotel truly is a great experience. The rooms are one of the best rooms, well appointed. Safe, sofa, study desk, large bathroom and top line furnishings. The Hotel has a spa, karaoke, live band club, multiple casinos, and artist performances on many levels. It also has a duty free shopping mall on underground level. Top branded shops. Multi cultural food court including Thai, k her, Vietnam, Chinese and Indian. Awesome Hotel.

It was close to most of the historical monuments. Had many many restaurants, a massive casino, duty-free shopping and most of all lots and lots of fun.
