It was nice experience and hospitality is very good, staff is very friendly and you will not find any language issue in this hotel

I recently stayed at holiday inn shanghai nanpu, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were professional and friendly, ensuring a smooth check-in process and were always ready to assist with any questions or requests during my stay. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and i appreciated the attention to detail, like the well-stocked minibar and the quality bathroom amenities. The view from my room was lovely, adding a pleasant touch to the overall experience.

The hotel offers good value for money. The room s are reasonably large and well equipped. The hotel is well located, being near the city's central area. Recommended for a reasonably comfortable stay

Poor ac, old property

Gone on a business trip. Booked room for 4 nights. Since first evening we had issues with ac hotel admitted they don't have ac in the room. They use cold air from outside since it was cold 15 degree outside means we had to keep room window open opening only 15 not recommended. Ac doesn't work at all. In night there were kind of mosquitoes in the room. Its very old property. Not worth spending the amount.
