    Terrible service and rude staff

    I had a highly disappointing experience at the clarion congress hotel in prague. The hotel management was subpar, and there was a noticeable lack of hospitality. The staff were consistently rude, and their attitudes were unprofessional and unwelcoming. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

    Fraud with card

    My card was asked as a security on 26th by hotel, I didn't use my card any where else as I was out of india, when I returned to India I saw that 8 transaction have been done from my card between 26th to 28th, all transaction show done outside india. The hotel quiet on the same

    A decent place to stay for Prague with good value

    Great rooms and staff, big conference hotel which is located directly above the metro station - 20 min to touristy areas, hotel directly connected with shopping mall, a very nice and cheap pub/restaurant just behind it: Na Radnici, great breakfast buffet, very clean and big rooms, perfect value for money.

    Super hotel to stay

    The hotel is superb. It's very near to metro station, tram station and bus stand. This is the best hotel. Breakfast was also good. Locker facility is available in every rooms. You can also put the Luggage after check out in Luggage room. I will highly recommend this hotel.

    Very nice and clean hotel

    Hotel is value for money. Staff is so polite and kind. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Best part of the hotel is that it is near to Metro station and there is mall named fenix next to it. There is one gift shop inside the mall which is quite cheap. Loved the stay. Will recommend this hotel to all who want to have comfortable stay.
