    Very poor quality of the room

    The rooms are very small with a slanting room which bangs into our head. On complaining the same, they told me that we have booked an economical room. Can a 4 star hotel have such a room? the sockets of the electricity were open. The side tables at the bed just rest with a small attachment which comes off. I would say that we had a horrible experience.

    Very small and not managed room

    They take an excuse of "economy room" we had booked to give the room with slanting roofs touching our heads. Sockets of electricity are broken and the side tables of the bed are so badly attached that they come out. No drawers in the room. The doors of the bathroom, almirah and the entrance door of the room are in such a way that to open one you need to close the other two. Horrible experience.

    Hotel room is old but renovated. Breakfast spread is good. They have free luggage storage. Reception staff are nice and provided information on how to cover the City. During our stay, the tram lines are being repaired and hence the Road is blocked.
