    Hotel denied the room booked by us. Cramped us in separate small rooms later shifted us to another unhygienic hotel. Denied free airport transfers as committed in writing on the booking voucher. Was operating lifts without door extremely dangerous and illegal

    We didn’t get a chance to stay at the hotel as they overbooked it. We reached in the morning got check in but they said check in is later and when we reached later at 4pm tired after our day trip they said they’ve given us an ‘upgrade’ and took us to another hotel. The hotel was in a bad condition and suffocating rooms. The same owner owned this hotel and as they overbooked gaia they pushed us off here. We wasted 4 hours trying to figure out where we could go and the hotel only added to our problems every moment. In all honesty it’s not worth staying in giza. It’s better to stay in cairo itself
