We stayed for 2 nights, overall a good experience, neat and clean hotel, breakfast very nice with pyramid views. Cons - wi-fi was very bad, inform in advance your arrival time and ensure they keep room ready, or else they will make you wait even if late check in. Bathroom shower was damaged.

Extremely pathetic, not worth even 1 star.

Let me start with room first. The rooms are shabby with no proper lighting. The restroom is a disaster. The space for restroom is so small that you can hardly fit yourself. The restroom stinks all the time with broken handles giving no space to hang a towel also. Water did not come out from the holes of the shower, instead it came out from the top of the shower head where the pipe ends making it more like a waterfall. Even after informing to fix the restroom neither anyone came to fix nor did they change the room. Room service never happened. Food was not up to the mark with extreme limited variety. The half day giza tour that we booked from them costed a bomb. While returning we asked help from them to book a car for us to cairo train station and they initially informed it will take 20$ but suddenly in the end moment a women sitting in the reception told us that we will have to pay 50$ telling the distance is far. We were late and we had no choice but to pay the amount. They did not even give us the receipt. To add more, they did not even drop us to cairo train station, instead they dropped us to giza train station which was just 10mins away from the hotel. The driver told that he was not informed by the hotel people to drop us to the cairo railway station. Since we were running very late so somehow we had to manage by connecting to help us in taking train from giza railway station. Extremely disastrous experience we had and would like to warn people from booking this hotel to avoid getting looted. Ps: sincerely request the management to look into this to save the hotel from sinking.
