Dont trust make my trip

We booked a hotel in novotel nice on 16th may 2023 for 16th jun e to 19th jun e 2023. When we reached there hotel said that you booking was cancel-led on 19th may 2023 & it was informed to mmt, but mm t didnt inform us. After calling several times to mm t customer care from there they gave us. Stay in hotel port lympia from 16th june to 18th jun e 2023. Kindly refund our booking amount as we have faced a lot of issue & the holiday was spoiled due to mmt.

Below average experience, cramped rooms!

On a family vacation, with two kids both under 12. The room was so cramped that we hardly had any space to open the luggage and walk. We were here for 4 nights and it was a dread coming back to the matchbox sized rooms. Housekeeping was pathetic with the number of towels varying everyday. The buffet breakfast had same menu, yes exactly same menu for all 4 days! The only saving grace for this place is the walkable distance to tram Station.

Very well located close to the tram station and just 10 min to the Promenade. Hotel has a good bar and restaurant. The staff is very friendly and guided us well. Supermarket is also 1 min away by foot.
