We liked almost everything about the property particularly the attention and recommendations of the staff at the front desk.
They were most polite and went out of their way to help us.
We did find the accommodations rather small with little room for our luggage and space to move around.
Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices.
We really enjoyed our stay at le 12 Hotel. Near the Saint-Lazarae train station. The room was very nice, modern design, expected of course for this range of hotels, the only downside was that it is a bit small but manageable.

Couldn’t even leave my suitcase open as there was no room to open the door if I didn’t pack it back up when I was done getting what I needed from the bag. The shower was also tiny, was difficult to shave, turn around, etc. the hotel staff were nice however which made the experience fair
Lovely little hotel. Clean and smart. Room very small but well equipped. Good location, close to subway. Service was really friendly and helpful.

Walking distance with luggage to St Lazarus train station. Staff very accommodating Lovely breakfast. Only drawback is that the rooms are extremely small.
Staff is friendly and willing to help. Property is very nice and the rooms are clean and cozy. The hotel is very close to a train station with multiple lines making it easy to get around the city. Would definitely stay again if go back.

Would highly recommend. Hotel was about 20-30 mins walk to most big tourist attractions but there was a bus/train/metro station a few minutes away
The rooms are small, it is normal in such a central Parisian neighborhood, my only minus point is you hear everything happening in the corridors but the staff is amazing: friendly, ready to help, and very pleasant especially Sarah!

The 12 Hotel was wonderful, and my experience was incredible. The service is impeccable and extremely good and the people are really nice and helpful. I have nothing but compliments to offer for this Hotel. The view from my room was such a great surprise.
The staff were incredibly friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect as it is easy to get to most places around Paris. my balcony room was clean but it was very small. Besides this, it’s a great hotel!
