    Small rooms with poor location

    Hotel is far from the city centre. Metro takes long time to reach from all major locations of the city. Rooms are very small and barely fits a double bed. Ambiance is nice though. I won't recommend this hotel for people visiting for tourism and business either unless business location is closeby.

    This is the worst hotel I have stayed in all my life. Very unhelpful staff, crammed abd dirty room, clogged wash basin, dingy corridors in an average location is what we got. When we arrived around 11 pm we couldnt even get a sandwich let alone a meal. There was just one staff who was super confused and unwilling to help. We had a triple room with breakfast and despite the booking voucher clearly saying it the hotel was doubtful if it was for 2 or 3 people. There was confusion about the room type. Despite being triple room there were towels and other supplies for only 2 persons. In the morning when we asked about hop on hpp off buses we got a blunt response "don't know" whereas good hotels even sell these tickets 2nd night the wash basin was clogged and over flowing. The only staff refused to do anything and gave us some tool to fix it ourselves. French people are know to be unfriendly and inhospitable but this hotel is the limit. Shame Best Western has franchised it's name to this pathetic place.
