Poor stay experience

The room size is extremely cramped, leaving little space for luggage. The bathrooms are similarly small and lack jet sprays or bidets, and there’s no mirror in the room. Ac also does'nt work effectively. The breakfast offerings are disappointing, with no vegetarian options other than raw cucumber and tomato. Everything is served cold, including the milk, which is not available hot even upon request. Additionally, food items are not labeled, making it necessary to search for hotel staff, as there’s often no one present during breakfast service. The hotel is also not centrally located, despite what the name suggests. Overall, this experience does not provide good value for money, and i wont recommend it!

Room size is extremely small, no space to place luggage! washrooms are equally small with no jet sprays or bidets, also no mirror in the room! breakfast has no vegetarian items apart from raw cucumber & tomato, everything is served cold - no hot items are severed. Even milk is served cold & not served hot on request also! items are not label-led & one has to search for hotel staff as no one is present during breakfast service. Hotel is not centrally located - as the name suggests. Not at all value for money & not recommeded at all!
I was extremely disappointed with the poor service at western properties. I didn't expect their standards to be so low. There was no telephone in the room, the linens were faded, and there were no plug points to charge my mobile devices. When i asked for an adaptor, the staff initially refused, saying they didn't have one. After a long wait, they finally provided an extension board, but insisted that i return it to the reception after using it. Additionally, my room was only cleaned once during my entire stay, and that was only after i requested it. Even breakfast was the worst.

Room had nice street view and kinf sized bed was super comfortable, not to mention that the rooms were tidy and had everything i needed, breakfast option had vegetarian items which was a plus

Stay was very pleasant, rooms were very clean. Breakfast also had different options and was good. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.
