At this price point, Stadthotel Augsburg is a good find. The premises are a little dated, but everything is clean, the room was spacious, and breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location just 10 minutes walk from the centre or a short tram ride from outside the hotel. Breakfast was normal continental buffet. Staff were pleasant and helpful. However, we had a room facing the road. It was too hot with the windows closed and too noisy to them open.
It was an ok place but it was a cold day and the quilt was so thin. I realise it’s summer but when is 10 degrees outside you expect there to be more blankets, after 7pm there is nobody to available
Nice little hotel. Friendly staff. GPS link took us to the wrong place initially but we quickly rearranged and found the hotel. Convenient for our needs.
I really liked the hotel. It is a small, friendly hotel (I personally like small hotels and not like big hotels ). The room is was big, the breakfast was nice, the staff was helpful (although some could not speak English well). I think the location was not perfect, but not too bad as well. There are trams just across to the hotel. I think if I go to Augsburg again, I would like to stay in the same hotel.

GREAT location! Close to HBF and close to city center. 5 minutes for both. Comfortable bed and clean updated room. Fast WIFi too. Would stay here again if we find ourselves in Ulm. Side note, if you love beer, Barfusser is not to be missed. Located inside/part of Riku hotel.
Very easy parking, but get there early. Excellent breakfast. Very good service. Bit of a walk into town.
We stayed here for one night with family. This honestly doesn't look like much from the outside, so we were so pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff was, there was an elevator, and the room and bathroom was huge and very clean. Breakfast was included and was more than adequate. Parking was also on site. We had a great experience here.
verified t.familyJul 09, 2019 It is such a comfortable hotel, and walking distance from the old part of the city, as well as convenient to the tram (only 2 stops to the old town). Nearby is a very beautiful, large park, with lovely walking trails. We found a delightful beer garden nearby, too.
The staff were helpful in explaining how to get where we needed to go.

Conveniently located opposite Congress Centre 2 tram stops or a 15-minute walk from the town centre.

A bit dated but comfortable
Extremely dated, room was comfortable enough, the rest however left a lot to be desired for the price. Complimentary breakfast was okay but the dining room made it feel worse than it was. Parking was a complete mess and very confusing.
