    Terrible Stay

    Terrible. We stayed in cocoon hauptbahnof in munich. The receptionist was very rude and racist. We came to hotel at 8:00 in the morning we requested for early checkin he told us we have to pay 15 euro extra for the same. The room was very small and conjusted. Hospitality was zero. The staff was very rude and unwelcoming. There was drainage problem in the bathroom. Very unsatisfactory experience.

    The location is really good, close to public transport. Rooms were nice, maybe a bit small. Staff was super friendly.
