Please was clean, close to public tranasportation.
Don't judge by surrounding area
Rooms are nice, despite surrounding area. Reception staff are very kind and helpful. Lots of transit options within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

We liked the room, clean and you get pretty much everything you need.
The hotel is not located in town centre area but still everywhere was walkable.
It took a while to contact the hotel staff after hours (we called them around 8:30pm) when our key did not work.

They announce for people as it is a hotel. It is not a hotel. They cheat people.
I will definitely stay there next time, the hotel is clean and nice. And staff are very helpful.

I've stayed here before and always enjoyed it. I took one star off for facilities because atm there is no provision for breakfast or a coffee bar, which seems to be because of some renovation work going on. However, this was reflected in the price, which was below the srsonal norm and excellent value. So all round a great place to stay in the centre of Athens.
There was some street noise but the room was clean and organized although it had no view, it was close to the tourist sites
friendly and helpful reception desk staff.
The staff was very nice, and the bathroom very nice and spacious. The environnement was very noisy, no way to open the window, and the air conditionning for several rooms, was on the balcony which made the balcony impossible to stay,

Decent value, a bit dated and rough around the edges in places. Very helpful staff.
Great value and great rooms! Staff were helpful too! Neighbourhood isn't the nicest, but its close enough to walk to everything you'd want to.
Return stay at Athens Way
We often choose Athens Way as a very good, reasonably priced Hotel in Central Athens. It never disappoints. Highlights this time were the service we received from staff, especially Mary. There was a slight fault in our allocated from and we were moved immediately to another with full apology. The room was as comfortable as ever and everything is very clean. Great place, next to Exarcheia, with its range of cafe bars. Highly recommended.

Little things that matters! We got it!
Generally we are very pleased and satisfied with the room provided. In particular, it was the small things that mattered, which was provided by the hotel: such as free usage of smartphone with data, facilities to make hot drinks, bedroom slippers. None of these were given in another 5 star hotel we stayed in prior to moving here.
