Waste of money

The cost of the room is very expensive compared to the value received location is not the best room is very old hotel is dirty in the pool area and in corridors there was construction noises and dirt because of it for fixing the elevator the bathroom sink was blocked and the housekeeper did not report it as if its normal
the fridge was not working and we had to replace it. At check in they gave us a room with two beds instead of king size and we had to ask for change. Absolutely waste of money i won’t complain if it was cheaper or 3 starts hotel.
We stayed at a superior room
overlooking the acropolis. The room was wonderful, breakfast had lot of variety (especially try the avocado egg toast) and the staff was very polite and courteous

Athens stay at Radisson Blu

Right in the center of the city. This hotel is close by all the major attractions in the city including the Acropolis. The rooftop restaurant provides a nice panoramic view of the Athens city and the Acropolis in the back drop. Good for a nice romantic dinner.

We stayed here for 2 days. Hotel is situated at a very convenient location near Athens center. Bus stop is walk able. Breakfast is quite good with a lot of options. The room cleanliness can be improved.

Pathetic

Staff were highly impersonal. It seemed we were some unwanted guest for them. One stays in 5 star property for services and comfort both of which were missing. It was in 2015 but still I have my doubts that I would like to stay here again.

Room OK not very amazing location not in city centre little away from centre good facilities good staff good service. Room size could have been bigger bathroom was good. Breakfast not for veg persons from india

The hotel has got an amazing view of Acropolis. The rooftop restaurant is exquisite. It is a great value for money. Very close to omonia square. But the room wasn't up to radisson standards. Could have been better.

Good facilities & poor service

One key takeaway is that the staff is not friendly and they do not make you feel welcome. You can hear them saying the words, but the tone of voice is so fake a six year old child can sense it. And, they keep creating rules that don't exist anywhere else in the world. This is a hotel with good facilities, however it is a run down and badly needs renovation. The level of cleanliness is below average for a hotel of this sort. The rooms are spacious, but again, run down. The bathroom had a hole between the floor tiling and wall, the half dividers used to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom do not work. Water always spills out and messes up the rest of the bathroom.
