Average hotel location is ok it's in city commercial centre not tourist city centre. But everything is nearby

From the moment i walked through the doors, i was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable stay. Attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel is truly commendable. The room was spacious, airy and comfortable. The main attraction of the room was its balcony and stunning views from the window created a serene view of budapest city. The culinary offerings at the hotel's restaurant were too good. Featuring a blend of local dishes like langos was a surprise for tourists like us. The attentive service added to the overall dining experience was so remarkable. I highly recommend novotel budapest centrum which is located centrally with good connectivity of public transport like metro, tram and bus services to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable stay in the city centre. I look forward to returning and reliving the magic of this remarkable hotel.

Nice stay. It is in city centre. Train, metro and buses are 2 mins away. You can easily take a public transport to travel nearby. The area is also very safe and the staff sir cordial

Stay at Novotel Budapest Centrum

The hotel is really nice with spacious rooms. The hotel staff was really friendly and welcoming. The rooms were great with all modern facilities. The best part about the hotel is its amazing location. My stay was really enjoyable and comfortable. Also the restaurant serves delightful food.

The stay at Novotel Centrum was good as we could commute through bus, tram and other modes of transport easily to other parts of the City and not much far away from the shopping area of the square/Town of Budapest and also close to ruin bars.

The AC did not work and the first room they gave us was not very nice; next day they changed but we were facing the busy street and with ineffective AC so it was quite loud and very uncomfortable as it was very hot in Budapest this week( and they were facing this AC issue for more than a week according to reception desk but did nothing about it). I would have liked a refund but overall the service was not very nice. Insisted we buy a local site seeing tour pass ( at higher than usual price) and that was the worse as the buses came after an hour and that also the timing was erratic and was a waste of 100 euros! Overall bad experience and don't recommends
