Adhi Jaya property is located in the heart of Kuta, opposite Discovery Mall and close to Kuta Beach. The rooms are comfortable and come with a functional fridge and a pool view. This Adhi Jaya Hotel is on the most busiest lane of Bali, opposite to Discovery Mall and about 5 minutes walk to the beach! The rooms are pretty old and badly need a makeover and when we checked with Management, they said that a renovation is planned in near future and hence they have not changed any of it. Also the rooms are very small, especially on the first floor. But basic necessities/hygiene can't be compromised for such silly reason. Pool is good, but its a bit small and is maintained well. Breakfast options were good for both local & continental cuisines. We just wanted to stay in the heart of Bali and this place is just perfect for it. Beware of the heavy traffic that gets piled up on the road leading the this Adhi Jaya Hotel during busy hours, it will easily take an hour to reach the Adhi Jaya Hotel or cover a distance of 2 miles.

The Adhi Jaya Hotel is well-located on the main street of Kuta. Has a good restaurant for local food. We managed to get even veg food. Service is very good and facilities adequate. There are two restaurants for Indian food in Kuta Queens of India and Ruchira.

The room was good. The WiFi was quite good. The swimming pool was good too. The premises is lush green and very scenic and serene. The service is awesome, everyone is so eager to help with a smile. The restaurant is pretty good also. There are 2 Indian restaurants adjacent to the Adhi Jaya Hotel. The Discovery mall is just on the opposite and the beautiful beach can be accessed by going through it. Our stay here wads truly fabulous thanks to the staff, facilities and location
