Ashoka Tree Resort at Tanggayuda

Ashoka Tree house is a pretty looking, small Ashoka Tree Resort at Tanggayuda surrounded by lush greenery. Staff is extremely courteous, be it anna at the reception or Arsi at the restaurant, everyone seemed like they were trying to do their best. We tried the spa there and it was reasonable and good. Had dinner one day which was pretty decent too. Rooms were big and nicely done though maintenance could be better, like the jet was leaking and the bathtub shower was too hard, but the staff tried to fix everything quickly. Only thing we didn't like about the place was its breakfast. It was quite limited and had much scope for improvement. They have fixed 5 kinds of A la carte breakfast but those don't do any justice to the type. Example the healthy one does not have any option if you don't eat eggs or the Indian one doesn't have any option if you don't want fried samosas and parathas early morning which anyway taste far from the original preparation or the fruit serving is really small. They should perhaps have a list of some 15-20 things and one should have the option of choosing maybe 5-6 from there and making one's own package but other than this one feature I would say overall good stay and Ashoka Tree Resort at Tanggayuda was good value for money.

This resort is an exclusive of its kind. The rooms are clean and hygienic. The property is surrounded by plush green environment. They provide shuttle service which is free to ubud every 2 hours drop and pick. We had a lovely experience right from start over the desk till the check out. Thanks to Mr Putu and Ms Mila for such a nice arrangement and establishing a strong bond. Both of them are readily available to help out of any sort. Infact, Mr. Putu has a vast knowledge about the area, and guided us to visit obscure destinations near ubud.  This resort has 2 swimming pools, well maintained. Food is fantastic, you can even get indian food, if you wish to rejuvenate your taste buds. However, continental and other cuisines are also available.  Rooms are big enough and has huge bathroom. Also an integrated electronic safe is provided.  A well maintained table tennis play area. Experience of bali massage at this resort was stupendous. I would recommend this resort as you pay less and get extraordinary services.

Made us wait for 2 hours for check-in. AC was not working at all. Even after multiple requests they were very adamant and insisted that ac was fine, and we don’t know how to use it. Requested for a room change as I was travelling with a baby but no one responded. Finally, after threatening to vacate the Ashoka Tree Resort at Tanggayuda and demanded to refund the money they changed the room at 2 in the night and took additional charges for upgrading the room. All through this mess they were really rude to me and my wife. Staff are not at all courteous. I will not at all recommend this Ashoka Tree Resort at Tanggayuda to any of my friends visiting Bali. Worst experience of my life.

Ashoka tree resort is situated in the middle of a lush green forest. I really loved the calmness of the place which makes the whole stay very relaxing. The staff was very polite and helpful and available 24x 7. The rooms are also comfortable. All of the above was complemented with great food. The breakfast was delicious. Menu for lunch and dinner was thoughtfully prepared to include the local cuisines and international dishes. My favorite was the Tom Yum soup. I loved it. I enjoyed my stay at Ashoka Tree Resort and would love to come back again.

First of all make my trip shall ensure, rating for what? as there can be multiple msges client might have received for rating. It is not clear whether it it for ashoka tree resort or something else. If it is for ashoka tree resort z please note my feedback as below. The location was good, food quality was good. Reception staff was not fully qualified and need frequent reminder for everything, they even forgot to handover room key. No telephone at room, no menu card at room. Rest all was fine.

The room was really big and washroom even bigger. Private pool was good. The entrance road to the resort doesn't have street light so it looks very dark and scary in the night to go out of the property. But when you are in the property you will get all facilities and a unique experience of staying in the tree resort. I loved my stay. The room was much more beautiful than i imagined
There were insects in the room, garden and property like frogs, honeybees and mosquitoes

The Ashoka Tree Resort at Tanggayuda is in outskirts of Ubud centre so if you looking for centre this is not a place for you but you want to disconnect from crowd so go for it even Ashoka Tree Resort at Tanggayuda provide shuttle to the centre but that's not very frequent. You can ask them to serve breakfast At the room also. Staff was good.
Everything was good in the room some issues with electric but they fixed it overall happy with the room.

I would recommend this to anyone visiting Ubud. Slightly far from the main area, smaller rooms, but excellent and kind staff. The restaurant is great. Good food. Prompt room service.
Smaller sized rooms compared to other resorts or Ashoka Tree Resort at Tanggayudas. But the service and the location makes up for it. Very kind staff. Best in Ubud. Highly recommended.

This Ashoka Tree Resort at Tanggayuda is located in very quite and remote place in Ubud, Bali, so one can enjoy peace and nature. Excellent Villa with private swimming pool, bath tub, shower, kitchen, garden, most likely you can cook your own food have drinks and enjoy your stay, breakfast was excellent, shuttle available for Ubud Centre. Worth a stay.

The Ashoka Tree Resort at Tanggayuda staff were brilliant but the location lets it down. The villa has brilliant as well and very spacious but could not use the pool because of the insects. The location is not very convenient for people wanting to venture out as well. There is privacy but a little too much inside the village for a honeymoon couple.

Located At a secluded area, the Resort was beautiful and calm. The staff was friendly and courteous. Facilities are of top notch. Wi-fi reception could've been better. There is free shuttle service At fixed timings to Ubud centre. Overall, this place is recommended for couples who love to spend peaceful holiday in the natural environment of Ubud.

Everything is excellent. The Staff is very warm and approachable. Food is amazing. Pools are very clean. The room is very neat and clean. Very beautiful place to stay amidst the nature. Highly recommend this if you plan to stay in Ubud, Indonesia.

Hotel is good place was clean pool was clean everything was perfect but Ashoka Tree Resort at Tanggayuda is new so they didn’t start lunch and dinner service they told me that they will be going to start by december ending. Also they Don’t have spa service I mention this bcoz they shows photos while booking… overall good 10 out of 8

The location was too far off from the main city. The food options for vegetarian were limited. The staff hospitality was excellent. Everything about the staff behaviour was nice. Tour guide and taxi driver were very nice.

Staffs are very humble and polite. Very happy with the time spent during our stay in Ashoka Resort.

Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are very clean and with good art work and nice pool view around lot of trees. Staffs are so kind and helpful. Indian food is available with limited quantity but it is quality one. Overall I would recommend everyone who wish to stay best resort with good location and food etc.

Property is big and good, rooms are specious but little order. If you like modern interior then its not for you because its traditional type interior. Overall good and don't take breakfast, they don't have any indian breakfast option.

Amazing rooms and food. Good staff. Got activa on rent from Ashoka Tree Resort at Tanggayuda also. Reception lady very helpful. We ate sandwich, fried rice and noodless, which were good in taste

It was very nice experience at this Ashoka Tree Resort at Tanggayuda. The weather was awesome. The staff was cooperative. We only got problem regarding wifi network and hot water and it is much needed that's why i m giving 4 star rating otherwise everything was perfect. The room size is much bigger than you expect.
